Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 frozen waffles (4 inch)
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
3 egg s, beaten

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Place waffles in single layer in 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake 2 min. Use sharp knife to carefully cut out centers from 4 waffles, leaving each with 1-inch rim. Reserve cutouts for later use.
Top each whole waffle in pan with 1 cut-out waffle. Fill centers with bacon, then eggs.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until eggs are set. Top with reserved waffle cutouts.
Serve with an apple and cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
Use small (1-inch) cookie cutter to cut out centers from waffle cutouts before placing over baked eggs.
