What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. cooked cleaned large shrimp
1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 4) cooked, cooled, peeled and cut into 1-1/4-inch pieces
3 small carrot s, peeled, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces, cooked and cooled
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked and cooled
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Combine next 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. parsley in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
Top with paprika and remaining parsley.
Add 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips.
For best results, all the cooked vegetables in this salad must be cooled before combining with the rest of the ingredients.
How to Cook Potatoes
Cook the unpeeled potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 min. or until tender; cool. Peel potatoes, then cut into pieces. (Cooking the unpeeled potatoes helps prevent the potatoes from absorbing the cooking water.)
