Garlic, fresh lime juice and grated radishes are added to a creamy mixture of sour cream and mayo to make this flavorful summertime dip.

3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
10 radishes, trimmed, divided
2 large stalks celery, cut into sticks
1 cucumber, peeled, sliced

Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.

Grate 3 of the radishes; stir into sour cream mixture.

Serve with remaining cut-up vegetables for dipping.

Purchasing & Storing Radishes
Radishes can vary significantly in size, shape and color. The most common variety is the globe- or oval-shaped red-skinned radish. Choose radishes that feel firm to the touch; if leaves are attached, they should be green and crisp. To store, remove leaves and refrigerate in a plastic bag for up to 5 days. Wash radishes and remove root ends just before using.
