3/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1-1/2 cups water
3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Pasteurized Process American Cheese, cut up

Cook chicken and seasonings in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 7 min.
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
