Cover with remaining graham squares; press tops lightly to secure.

Do not toast marshmallows. Spread 4 graham squares with cream cheese spread. Place 1 on microwaveable plate; top with marshmallow. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallow puffs; top with 2 berries and 1 of the plain graham squares. Press top lightly to secure. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 more s'mores.
