1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 5-1/2 cups)
1 qt. (4 cups) strawberries, quartered
2 cups JET-PUFFED STARMALLOWS Marshmallow s

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; beat 2 min. Whisk in 2 cups COOL WHIP.

Layer 1/2 each brownies, berries and pudding mixture in 2-1/2-qt. glass bowl. Line edge of bowl with 1-1/2 cups marshmallows. Repeat layers of brownies, berries and pudding mixture.

Top with remaining COOL WHIP and marshmallows. Refrigerate 1 hour.
