We've taken two family favorites—bruschetta and quesadillas—and combined them to make this very quick and delicious recipe.

3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing

Heat grill to medium heat.

Combine tomatoes and basil. Top half of each tortilla evenly with tomato mixture and cheese. Fold in half to enclose filling.

Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.

Cut each quesadilla in half; serve with dressing as a dip.
