What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced, fresh strawberries
1/3 cup yellow pepper, strips
1/4 cup thinly sliced purple onion
1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)
1 pkt. GOOD SEASONS Balsamic Dressing & Recipe Mix
1/4 cup HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup oil

Let's Make It
In an 8" nonstick skillet, constantly stir walnuts and sugar over medium-low heat until sugar is melted and walnuts are coated, approximately 10 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and immediately spread pieces apart so that they are not touching. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, strawberries, pepper and onion. Just before serving, prepare GOOD SEASONS Cruet Kit and GOOD SEASONS Balsamic Dressing & Recipe Mix with the balsamic vinegar, water and oil and pour dressing over salad. Toss salad gently to coat and top with candied walnuts and feta cheese, if desired.
