Layered Italian Pasta Salad

Toss this delicious layered pasta salad just before serving to make sure everyone gets a taste of the delicious Italian-style ingredients.

Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 box (16 oz.) rotini pasta
1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup turkey pepperoni, cut into quarters
8 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Seasoning Blend
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 Tbsp. parsley

COOK and drain pasta according to directions on box, rinse with cold water.

CHOP all vegetables, pepperoni and cheese.

LAYER one-third of the pasta in a 4 quart bowl, top with Pepperoni, Tomatoes, Peppers, Green Onions and Olives.

SPRINKLE with 1 tablespoon seasoning blend.

REPEAT layers 2 times.

TOP with cubed KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese and KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.

COMBINE Vinegar, Water, Oil and Italian Seasoning packet in GOOD SEASONS Cruet Kit. Shake well.

POUR Italian Dressing over Salad.

COVER with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Toss gently just before serving.

STORE leftovers in refrigerator.
