2 cups small pasta shell s, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
1/2 cup chopped cucumber s
2 green onion s, chopped

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Cool slightly.
Combine pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
