Original recipe yields 4 servings
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced red onions, separated into rings
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers; brush with barbecue sauce.
Grill 5 to 7 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
Toss lettuce with onions and dressing in large bowl.
Remove shrimp from skewers; place on salad. Top with bacon and cheese.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
