2 egg s, beaten
2 multi-grain English muffin s, split, toasted
2 KRAFT Singles, cut in half

Let's Make It
Cook and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
Place Singles pieces on bottom halves of muffins; cover with egg mixture, A.1. and tops of muffins.
Prepare using KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices and/or red peppers.
