What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup thin red onion slices, separated into rings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn salad greens
1 cup cantaloupe chunks (1 inch)
2 kiwi s, sliced
1 cup raspberries
24 woven wheat crackers

Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken and onions in medium bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Drain chicken mixture; discard dressing. Place greens on 4 serving plates; top with chicken mixture and fruit.
Drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve with crackers.
Substitute sliced strawberries for the raspberries and/or mango or papaya chunks for the cantaloupe.
