What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. red new potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain. Cool.
Mix dressing, sour cream and onions in large bowl. Add potatoes and cheese; mix lightly. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Sprinkle with bacon and parsley just before serving.
