Here's a tangy take on loaded baked potatoes! These are topped with a terrific combination of A.1. Original Sauce, sour cream and French fried onions.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 large baking potato es (2 lb.)
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
2 green onion s, sliced
1/4 cup french-fried onions

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Pierce potatoes with fork or small sharp knife; place on microwaveable plate.
Microwave on HIGH 8 min., turning after 4 min. Transfer from plate to oven.
Bake 20 min. until potatoes are tender. Cut slits in tops of potatoes; top with remaining ingredients.
Prepare using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Microwaved potatoes can also be wrapped individually in foil. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning occasionally. Potatoes will be less crispy than when grilled without the foil.
Sprinkle potatoes with 1 tsp. salt after rubbing with oil. Continue as directed.
