Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended. Stir in bacon and cheese.
Pour into nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
Spread tortillas with sour cream; top with egg mixture and peppers. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
