What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 cups cooked small pasta shapes
1 cup coarsely chopped drained canned baby corn
1 cup coarsely chopped snow peas
1/2 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges

Mix dressing, ginger and hot sauce until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Storing & Preparing Fresh Pea Pods
Store fresh pea pods, unwashed, in a perforated plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Rinse with cold water just before using, then snap off the stem end of each pod and pull down along the edge of the pod to remove any strings. Cook as desired.
