1 medium potato, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 cup broccoli florets, cooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Let's Make It
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place potato and broccoli in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix the potato/broccoli mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
Spray the inside of a mini muffin tin and spoon the mixture in using a mini ice cream scoop.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until tops are golden.
