1/3 cup KRAFT Sweet Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
4 salmon steaks (1 lb.)

Heat greased grill to medium heat.

Mix all ingredients except fish until blended.

Grill fish 4 min. on each side. Brush with half the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 2 min. and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

Serve with hot cooked long-grain brown rice, and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing, such as Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Stir 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper into the barbecue sauce mixture before brushing onto fish.
