1 serrano chile
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 tsp. salt

Let's Make It
Bring water, tomatillos and chile to boil in medium saucepan. Simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until tomatillos are soft; drain.
Place tomato mixture, onions, dressing and salt in blender; blend until smooth. Add sour cream; blend well.
This sauce is a great with chicken or beef dishes, or over warm tamales. It can also be used as for enchiladas or tacos. Or, simply serve it as a dipping sauce with chips.
