Crunchy, zesty and flavorful, a freshly made cucumber salad is the ideal accompaniment to cracker crumb-crusted salmon fillets.

4 skinless salmon fillet s (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
10 round buttery cracker s, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber s
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Heat oven to 400°F.

Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with lemon juice. Mix mayo, cheese and red pepper; spread over fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

Bake 12 to 14 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
