What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
2 boneless pork chop s (1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick, butterflied
2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1 large plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop. Refrigerate 15 min.
Drain chops; discard dressing. Place coating mix in shallow bowl. Dip chops in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
Bake 20 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, remaining dressing, parsley and crushed red pepper.
Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with a crisp green salad and hot cooked spaghetti tossed with olive oil and KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
