Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 egg s
dash cracked black pepper
1 English muffin, split, toasted
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
2 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slice s, cut in half

Let's Make It
Melt butter in small skillet.
Add eggs; cook 3 min. on each side or until whites are completely set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with pepper.
Top each muffin half with spinach, 1 cheese slice, egg and remaining cheese.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit.
Substitute scrambled eggs for the fried eggs. Just cook the eggs in the melted butter until set, stirring occasionally.
