dash cracked black pepper
1 English muffin, split, toasted
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
2 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slice s, cut in half

Melt butter in small skillet.

Add eggs; cook 3 min. on each side or until whites are completely set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with pepper.

Top each muffin half with spinach, 1 cheese slice, egg and remaining cheese.
