Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (6.4 oz.) KRAFT Italian Pasta Salad
3 Tbsp. oil
3 large tomato es, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
4 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Let's Make It
Prepare Pasta Salad as directed on package, substituting oil for the mayo and reserving Crouton and Parmesan pouches for later use.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with Croutons and Parmesan just before serving.
Substitute 2 cloves minced garlic for the garlic powder.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil over salad before serving.
