1 pkg. (9.5 oz.) woven wheat crackers
2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Place crackers in single layer on 18x12-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil, leaving 2-inch border at both short ends for handles.
Combine tomatoes, basil and dressing; spoon onto crackers. Top with cheese.
Place foil on grill grate; cover with lid. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted. Carefully transfer foil sheet to platter to serve.

Bake topped crackers on foil-covered baking sheet in 375ºF oven for 6 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
No heavy-duty foil on hand? Just use a double-layer of regular foil instead.
