4 cups cauliflower florets
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

Heat oven to 450ºF.
Toss cauliflower with dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until tender.
Place cauliflower in medium bowl. Add bacon and onions; mix lightly.

Prepare as directed, omitting onions, using KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, and tossing the cooked cauliflower with 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil before serving.
