Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, add sweet potato, cannellini beans, panko, flour, egg and 3 Tbsp. A.1. Use a fork to mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
After mixture is chilled, divide it into 6 equal parts and shape into patties.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a medium-sized skillet and heat on medium-high heat. Once oil is heated, add 3-4 patties to skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side to brown the patties. Repeat until all patties have been browned. Add more vegetable oil as needed. Place browned patties on a baking sheet when they are done.
After all patties have been browned, place the baking sheet in a 350 degree oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Approximately 5 minutes before patties are done, carefully place split ciabatta rolls on the top rack of the oven. (Cut sides of the rolls should be face up.) Add a slice of KRAFT Provolone to the top half of each roll. Remove rolls when cheese is melted.
