Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (14 oz.) extra-firm tofu
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups red pepper strips
1/3 cup sliced green onions
2 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Slice tofu into cubes, let marinate in A.1. sauce while cutting vegetables.

Fry tofu in 1 Tbsp. oil for 6-8 minutes and then set aside.

Fry vegetables in 1 Tbsp. oil for 6 minutes.

Add tofu back in to vegetables, also add soy sauce and lemon juice and fry until all is mixed and heated through, another 1-2 minutes.
