2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Cut each pie crust into 8 wedges; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 min. or until golden brown; cool.

Spoon pie filling and 1 Tbsp. caramel topping into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 min. stirring after each min. or until heated through.

Top pastry wedges with pie filling, COOL WHIP and remaining caramel topping just before serving.
