Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (6.4 oz.) KRAFT Italian Pasta Salad, divided
2 cups halved sugar snap peas
2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast s
1 large carrot, shredded
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
6 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves

Prepare Pasta Salad as directed on package, reserving Parmesan pouch for later use.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except spinach.
Place 1 cup spinach on each of 6 plates; top with pasta salad mixture and reserved Parmesan.
Substitute chopped PLANTERS Walnuts for the almonds.
