Celebrate a fall day (or any day, really) with this quick and easy chicken skillet made with chopped apples and served over hot brown rice.

1 tsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large apple, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

Add broth to skillet. Bring to boil. Add apples, raisins and nuts; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.

Serve over rice.
