Bruschetta goes Greek in this easy-but-elegant butterflied pork chop dish for two. It takes just 10 minutes to prepare and is on the table in half an hour!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 boneless pork chop s (1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick, butterflied
2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1 cup grape tomato es, halved
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped Kalamata olives
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, olives and oregano.
Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with a crisp green salad and hot cooked spaghetti tossed with olive oil and KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Prepare using cherry tomatoes.
