1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
1 bunch kale, stems and ribs removed
2 Gala apple s, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion s
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels, toasted
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut stems off Brussels sprouts; discard. Cut sprouts lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin strips; place in large bowl.

Shred kale. Add to Brussels sprouts along with apples, onions and sunflower seeds; mix lightly.

Whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Add to kale mixture; toss to evenly coat.
