Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot steamed rice.
Tip 2
Note
For stir-frying, tofu needs to be firm and dry. Set the drained tofu on a paper towel and press gently with another paper towels to remove moisture form the surface.
Tip 3
Food Facts
Made from soybeans, tofu is well known for its ability to absorb new flavors through spices and marinades. And as a bonus, it's high in both protein and calcium. Look for tofu in the produce section of your grocery store.
