Meanwhile, blend next 3 ingredients in blender until smooth; spoon 1/2 cup into 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Mix remaining tomato sauce with tuna, peas and red peppers.
Add egg and 1/2 cup shredded cheese to Dinners; mix well. Spoon 1/3 of the Dinner mixture over tomato sauce in casserole; top with layers of half the tuna mixture and 1/2 cup of the remaining shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with remaining Dinner mixture.
Bake 30 min. Top with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
