Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 pkg. (10.85 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese with Salsa
1-3/4 cups water
1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips

Let's Make It
Brown sausage in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
Add Shell Pasta and water. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer 15 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally and adding peppers to skillet during the last 5 min. of the pasta cooking time.
Stir in Salsa and Cheese Sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Prepare using Italian turkey sausage. Remove from casings before cooking as directed.
For extra heat, prepare using hot Italian sausage.
