Apple slices are the dippers of choice for this scrumptious toasted marshmallow dip. Campfire deliciousness—without the campfire hassle!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 18 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
6 apple s, cut into wedges

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of 8-inch pie plate. Refrigerate 30 min.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake 10 min. or until marshmallows are lightly toasted and slightly melted. Serve with apples.
Sweets can add enjoyment to a balanced diet, but be sure to choose an appropriate portion.
Substitute fresh pears for the apples.
Cream cheese mixture can be prepared in advance. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before topping with marshmallows and baking as directed.
