Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 medium sized chicken breast s cut in strips
1 cup finely chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
parsley for garnishing

Marinate the chicken breasts with Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.

Heat the oil in the frying pan.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat until they look transparent.

Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring lightly.

Meanwhile mix the sour cream, cream cheese, tomato paste and paprika in a small bowl.

Add the “creamy” mix to the chicken in the frying pan and stir occasionally 4 to 6 minutes.

Add more seasoning to taste if necessary and cook for about 2 more minutes, and you’re done!

Garnish with parsley.

Tip: Serve with white or brown rice.
