Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups cut-up fresh pumpkin (1-inch chunks)
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 cod fillet s (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
2 cups coarsely chopped red pepper s
1/2 cup chopped onion s

Cook pumpkin in large saucepan of boiling water 10 min.; drain.

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. Add fish; cook 6 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.

Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, adding peas for the last minute of the Macaroni cooking time. Meanwhile, cook nuts in large skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until toasted, stirring occasionally. Add peppers, onions and pumpkin; cook 10 min. or until peppers and onions are tender, stirring frequently.

Serve Dinner mixture topped with fish and pumpkin mixture.
