As creepy as these finger sandwiches are, they're perfect for Halloween parties! But nobody will run away from their golden-brown, melty deliciousness.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated soft breadsticks
1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 or 3 drops food coloring, any color
1 egg yolk

Heat oven to 350°F.
Unroll dough; separate breadsticks. Place 6 breadsticks, 3 or 4 inches apart, on baking sheet; flatten slightly with fingers. Brush with mustard; top with ham and cheese. Flatten remaining breadsticks; place over cheese. Gently stretch edges of dough over filling; press edges together to seal.
Score "knuckle" and "nail" lines into each sandwich using sharp knife. (Do not cut completely through dough.) Add food coloring to egg yolk; use to paint fingernails on dough.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

These fun sandwiches can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed increasing the baking time if necessary.
