3 arugula leaves, stemmed

4 apple slices (1/4 inch thick)
1 KRAFT Slim Cut Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Slice
1 tsp. butter or margarine, softened

Spread bread slices with apple butter.
Fill with arugula, turkey, apples and cheese. Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
