No need to wait for summer to enjoy these spicy ginger-BBQ pork back ribs! They're oven-baked in a foil pack for no-fuss no-muss deliciousness.

3 lb. pork back ribs
1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rub Sweet Mesquite BBQ
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 tsp. grated gingerroot

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Rub ribs with Dry Rub. Place in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; bring up both long sides of foil. Double-fold short ends of foil to seal, leaving opening at top. Add water through opening; fold top to seal packet. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 1 hour or until ribs are tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.

Cut slits in foil packet, then carefully open packet. Remove ribs from packet; place ribs on cutting board. Discard foil.

Cut ribs apart; return to baking sheet. Brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 15 min.
