Fruit always brings out the flavor of pork tenderloin medallions. In this recipe, it's a double hit of apple flavor that does this trick.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.), cut crosswise into 8 pieces
2 apple s, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 Tbsp. apple juice

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Add apples to same skillet; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Return meat to skillet; spoon apple mixture over meat. Cook until meat and apple mixture are heated through.
