1/2 fresh pear, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles, halved

Place pears on half the tortilla; top with cinnamon sugar, nuts and 2% Milk Singles pieces. Fold in half.
