Got turkey leftovers? These cheesy skillet-cooked patties are a tasty way to use them and can serve ten in just 35 minutes.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
3 cups chopped leftover roasted turkey
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 egg s, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter

Let's Make It
Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Stir in turkey, cheese and eggs until blended.
Shape into 20 patties, using about 1/4 cup stuffing mixture for each patty.
Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 10 patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and patties.
Mix 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise and 1 minced garlic clove until blended. Serve as a sauce with the patties.
Prepare using shredded cooked chicken or beef.
Serve with TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa.
