Saucy spaghetti topped with Parmesan is always welcome at the table. Especially when it includes crispy but tender baked chicken breasts.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
1 pt. grape tomato
1-1/2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 425º F.
Brush chicken with mayo, then coat with bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, heat large heavy skillet on high heat. Add tomatoes; cook 7 min. or until charred on all sides, stirring constantly. Add pasta sauce, cook 3 to 4 min. on medium heat or until heated through, crushing tomatoes with the back of a spoon.
Toss spaghetti with sauce; top with chicken and cheese.
Stir in 1/3 cup fresh torn basil to pasta just before serving.
For an extra kick, add 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes into tomato sauce.
