Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 flour tortilla s (8 inch)
1 cup VELVEETA Mexican Flavor Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Top tortillas with remaining ingredients; fold in half.
Cook, in batches, in nonstick skillet 2 min. on each side or until quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides and VELVEETA is melted.
