You'd think a vinaigrette made with center-cut bacon would be enough to make this fresh green salad sing. But a little dill weed also helps.

Original recipe yields 8 servings
8 cups tightly packed torn leaf lettuce
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp. dill weed
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Toss lettuce with onions and dill in large serving bowl.

Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Return bacon to skillet. Add vinegar, mustard and pepper; stir. Bring to boil.

Pour over lettuce mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
