What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
16 JET-PUFFED Jumbo PEPPERMINT MALLOWS Marshmallow s
3 cups crisp rice cereal
4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup hard peppermint candies, crushed

Let's Make It
Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Add cereal; mix well.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Cool completely. Spread softened ice cream into shell. Freeze 1 hour.
Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool. Spread over pie; sprinkle with crushed candy. Freeze 30 min.
