What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cup water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 lb. lean ground beef
3 sticks KRAFT or POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Whisk eggs, water and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in large bowl until blended. Add stuffing mix and meat; mix just until blended.
Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; shape into football shape. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake 55 min. or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cut 1 cheese stick lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces.
Place remaining cheese stick, end to end, on top of meatloaf. Top with short cheese pieces to resemble laces on a football. Bake 5 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.
How to Easily Shape the Meatloaf
Moisten hands lightly with water before using to form meat mixture into football shape as directed.
Substitute ground chicken or turkey for the ground beef.
